Jeffrey Gram represents Greenhouse & Gram’s business clients in all types of business, regulatory and administrative law matters, including every stage of civil litigation in state and federal courts and in arbitration and other alternative dispute resolution forums. Jeffrey’s practice includes business advising, business formation, contract drafting and review, commercial disputes, and contract negotiation. Jeffrey’s practice also includes environmental law, advising clients from ethanol, mining, renewable fuel and other industries on a wide variety of environmental, energy and natural resources legal issues.
